Maryland Handgun Qualification LIcense (Hql) training

Required to purchase, rent, or otherwise receive a handgun in the state of Maryland. Learn the fundamentals of handgun shooting and firearms safety, personal protection basics, self-defense law, and more! 2.5 hours of classroom instruction + 1.5 hours of range time included. Team Grizzly provides guns and ammunition. Certifcate awarded upon successful completion of the course.
